How to obtain a TAS Inspection

When a registered project reaches the 95% or more completion threshold, It is time to schedule your final TAS Site Inspection.

At the time of project registration, the project was assigned an estimated completion date. The project must have the final TAS Inspection performed within one (1) year of this date. The owner or designated agent must request this inspection.

If the project is running behind schedule, that is ok too! Just contact me and I can adjust the estimated construction completion date as needed with just an email from the owner or owner's agent stating the new completion date.

If I registered the project and did the plan review then I will attempt to make contact to schedule the final TAS Inspection according to the Estimated Completion Date. This is a service I perform to try to engage with my clients and serve their interests better.
